Welcome! New Family Information Night.

You are invited to attend our New Family Information Night on February 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to see why you belong at Sherwood. Families will have the opportunity to take a self-guided tour throughout the school, meet our staff and students, and explore what wonderful opportunities Sherwood has to offer.

 

Sherwood School, Home of the Archers, is a collaborative middle school that sits beside an arena, football and soccer field, an outdoor pool, and near Beaver Dam Flats, a beautiful outdoor learning space near the Bow River. Sherwood School has a longstanding history of academic excellence, well-being for life and learning, strong leadership, personalized learning programs and meaningful enrichment opportunities. Our students walk tall and follow the Archer Way: attitude, respect, community, heart, excellence, and resilience.

Please join us in-person to explore our incredible facility with specialty enrichment spaces and one of the largest middle school gyms in the city, as well as learn about our robust core and enrichment programs taught by specialists, extensive athletics and student leadership programs, and student-centred approaches to promote personalized pathways and school community engagement.

 

Registration will begin on January 15, 2024.
